Personal Training
We begin with a confidential consultation to evaluate health and exercise history, set personal goals, and create a program unique to each client. Training can be done in the Healthier Balance studio or in the client’s home. Private or partner sessions may include strength training, aerobic conditioning, flexibility, relaxation, nutritional counseling and continued goal setting.

Outdoor Exercise Groups

Exercise with friends or make new ones. Done in an outdoor setting, this class offers interval training that combine aerobic activities with strength training, flexibility and nutritional tips as well. This is boot camp with a smile!

Wednesdays 8:40-9:40am
